Sample Analysis

Data loading

After logging on to the public version of ArrayPipe using the 'public' account (and empty password) select the swirl sample data files near the bottom of the page and click on 'Load Files!':

The next page shows the four files loaded into ArrayPipe. The layout, data organization and column headers are automatically specified because ArrayPipe recognized the files to be in 'Spot' format. The only thing we need to do is specify in which of the slides the dyes have been swapped:
